Samuel Arthur is a shareholder who practices in the areas of governmental, business and insurance defense litigation with a focus on civil rights and governmental tort liability, employment discrimination, construction, and premises liability. Buddy has a wealth of experience in defending complex lawsuits filed against South Carolina governmental entities in both state and federal trial and appellate courts.
