David Banner is a shareholder who practices in the areas of business and insurance defense litigation with a focus on premises liability, product liability, insurance coverage, construction defect and automobile accidents cases.
David grew up in Florence and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina. Active in both the legal and local communities, David has served as President of the Florence County Bar Association and currently sits on the Board of Directors for All Saints Episcopal Day School and is a past member of the Board of Directors of Mercy Medicine Clinic, Boys and Girls Club of the Pee Dee and The Citadel Alumni Association. David is also an active volunteer with the Florence Track Club and enjoys coaching the All Saints Day School basketball team.
