Preston Dawkins is a shareholder whose practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, with an emphasis on defending construction defects, premises liability, automobile accidents , and product liability cases. Preston was recognized as a South Carolina Super Lawyers, Rising Star from 2014 – 2019, a recognition given to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state.
A native of Hartsville, Preston graduated with a degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina and received his Juris Doctorate from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.
